How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and UK delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch. Every order is tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £4.99, and it's free on orders of £50 or more.
What's the last day to order for Christmas?
To give your parcel the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please order by 10 December.
Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Our pieces are sent from different partner warehouses, so larger orders sometimes arrive separately. You only ever pay delivery once.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason. Email us first and we'll send you the returns address. If you'd prefer, we're also happy to offer an exchange or store credit (plus an extra £2). See our refund policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund – no need to send the damaged item back.
How realistic do the faux plants and flowers look?
We choose pieces for their natural colours and detailed leaves and petals. Like all faux greenery, they look best styled in soft natural light and away from direct close-up. Give them a gentle shake when they arrive to fluff up the stems.
How do I care for faux greenery?
Simply dust occasionally with a soft dry cloth or a hairdryer on a cool setting. Keep them out of strong direct sunlight to help the colours last longer.
Do cushion covers include an insert?
No – our cushion covers are sold as covers only, so you can use inserts you already have.
How do I use a discount code?
